ECRA is a national leader in evidence-based school improvement. ECRA serves as the research and analytic partner to manage and analyze local district and state-wide data, provide reports and interactive dashboards, and lead professional development sessions.

As a CESA Purchasing Collaboration participant, local districts will receive the following:
● ECRA’s Wisconsin State Percentile Analysis: A comprehensive analysis of state report card data that benchmarks your district’s, performance against statewide percentile distributions as well as peer districts.
● ECRA’s School Improvement Application – Wisconsin Edition: Includes ECRA’s comprehensive school improvement application tailored to Wisconsin that contains student-level assessment, attendance, demographic, and other student data that is part of Wisconsin's state report card.
● Three Guided Professional Learning Events Related to School Improvement
In Person Summer/Fall Goal Setting Workshop: Learn how to use student projections to identify students and set annual improvement goals at the district, school, and student group levels. In addition, learn how to identify the school improvement strategies that will be most effective at raising student proficiency and accelerating student growth.
Virtual Late Fall/Winter Monitoring and State Report Card Workshop: Learn how to monitor and document the execution of school improvement strategies. In addition, learn specific techniques you can use to message state report card results to your board and community.
In Person Spring/Early Summer ROI Workshop: Learn how to scientifically quantify the impact that specific improvement strategies are having on student outcomes.
