Digital Learning Bridge

Internet Service Providers (ISPs)

The Digital Learning Bridge is a webpage designed specifically for Internet providers who offer a discount residential Internet service and are able to bill school districts directly.  Fixed wireline, fixed wireless, and LTE providers are all eligible to participate.

Internet ISP

How to Participate

  1. Each ISP must submit a data-sharing agreement to DPI and sign a partnership agreement with CESA Purchasing

  2. ISPs then provide discounted service data to CESA Purchasing (charges, term, bandwidth, connection type, etc.)

  3. ISPs evaluate addresses provided by DPI, indicate which homes can be serviced, and return the file to DPI

  4. School districts select ISP(s)

  5. ISPs provide service to the home(s)

  6. The school districts pay vendor(s) directly and in bulk for all addresses served

Data security: All files are transferred over a secure FTP platform.  No files are sent to a vendor without both the district and the vendor submitting a signed data-sharing agreement.
